In their second nailbiter in as many weeks the Vaquero football team lost with less than 3 seconds left when West LA came from behind to kick a field goal and take the win 26-24, last Saturday.

The Vaqs had been down going into the 4th quarter but a brilliant effort brought 10 unanswered points to Glendale within the last few minutes to pull ahead 24-23.
That’s when West LA who had just a bit too much time remaining marched back down the field to grab the win.

The next game is Saturday night at Sartoris Field at 6 p.m. It is both Homecoming and the last home game of the season.
