The Glendale sports teams had one of their best weekends ever. The mens basketball team won the Vaquero Tip-off Tournament on Friday and Saturday. The womens soccer team beat L.A. Valley College 2-1 on Friday night. The football team found themselves back in the win column after defeating Moorpark Saturday night 41-27, cheered on by our high flying Glendale Cheer Squad and last but certainly not least the cross country team earned the right to go to the state finals next weekend after the women won their fourth consecutive SoCal championship and the men placed third at Mt. SAC last Saturday.
