In an often close and seesaw battle against College of the Canyons, the Vaqueros maintained their lead to the end buzzer taking a 91-85 win back to the locker room, Jan. 29 at Glendale.

Leading the Vaq Attack was Markus Monroe with 24 points, three rebounds and five assists followed by Josh Guillory with 18 points, 14 rebounds and three assists. Peter Newell added 15 points, three rebounds and two assists.

This brings Glendale to 9-14 overall.
