5 Shows to Watch on Netflix

Since we are all at home during these times and  more bored than usual, El Vaquero made a list of five shows you can stream on Netflix. Museums, movie theaters, bars, and restaurants are still closed and we all need some form of distraction, so go on Netflix and watch these shows if you haven’t already.

  1. Ozark

Ozark is a crime show about a married couple who are forced to relocate their family from Chicago to the Ozarks following a money laundering scheme gone wrong. This show is extremely suspenseful. It has three seasons and each season has around 8-10 episodes.

  1. Never Have I Ever

This show is written by Mindy Kaling, and it’s about the life of a modern-day first generation Indian American teenage girl who is having a very complicated year. It’s funny and relatable. It has only one season with 10 episodes.

  1. Sex & Love Around The World

Now, this one is a documentary series. We follow award winning journalist, Christiane Amanpour, as she travels to different countries around the globe to depict different views on sexuality and relationships. She travels to Japan, India, Lebanon, China, Ghana, and Germany. This series brings up a lot of interesting subjects like faith, divorce, and dating. It has six episodes and it was directed by all women.

  1. Money Heist

If you haven’t watched this Spanish heist crime drama, we’re excited for you. It’s about a group of people and their attempt to carry out the most perfect robbery in Spain. Season four of this brilliant show came out last month so if you haven’t watched it yet, we would advise you to. You can watch this dubbed in English as well.

  1. Sex Education

This one is a dramedy about teenagers in the U.K. It follows Otis as him and his friend Maeve start a school sex-therapy clinic. This show is good because it’s inclusive and diverse and brings up important topics such as abortion.

These are the five shows that El Vaquero  recommends. Have any shows we didn’t cover? Drop us a line.
