The Extended Opportunity Program and Services hosted a movie night showing “Ponyo” on October 10 at Verdugo Plaza. 

With their aim of not only spreading awareness of student needs and services at Glendale Community College EOPS wanted to ignite community activities.

Ponyo is a 2008 anime movie, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. This adventure fantasy film is rated G and was produced by Studio Ghibli.

Attendance was free and the EOPS provided lunch for attendees.

A group of four ladies with their child said the film was good and they liked it.

Attendees were able to give other film recommendations under a popcorn bag with a QR code they can input.
