Mona Field, 65, taught political science here at Glendale. She first started at Glendale in the spring semester of 1983. She has taught many classes like sociology, intro to social science, intro to community volunteer, american government, but her favorite class was the California government/ state government course.
When asked what sort of advise she could give the students, she said, “I want them to know how important it is to stick with school, even if the costs goes up, even if they only take one class at a time, their future should be their deepest priority, and they can do that with an education. Never give up on that.
